With a code: check the designation, grade and holder fit
Without a code: select by operation, material and drawing
For the selected insert model and grade, we recommend starting cutting speed (Vc), feed (f) and depth of cut (ap) after reviewing the material, holder, machine and coolant. These are starting recommendations; compare wear and finish on your own machine.
TURNING INSERT TRIAL
For a selected CNMG or WNMG model and grade, confirm the workpiece and setup first. Then use model-specific starting speed, feed and cut depth for a controlled trial against your current insert.
MILLING INSERT TRIAL
Record the workpiece, cutter and insert code, speed, feed, engagement and finish target. Compare candidate inserts under the same setup before assessing wear and cost per part.
DRILLING APPLICATION
Send the hole diameter and depth, workpiece material, machine interface and any existing drill or insert code. A photo or drawing is enough if the full code is unknown.
GROOVING AND PARTING
Send the groove width, workpiece diameter, material and holder or insert code. We will check the matching insert family and help avoid a quotation for an incompatible seat.
THREADING APPLICATION
Send the thread standard and pitch, internal or external operation, workpiece material and holder code. If you are unsure, send a drawing or a close photo of the existing tool.
MODEL AND PHOTO MATCHING
Send the visible model code, package label, tool photo or drawing. We will use what you have to identify the family, flag missing details and confirm the exact option before ordering.
REPEAT AND REPLACEMENT ORDERS
Send the part drawing or photo, material, operation, quantity and current tool if available. We will turn that information into a clear tooling request and confirm the practical options.

TARGET MARKET
Send your insert code, workpiece material and cutting conditions. We will confirm the trial model, sample quantity, freight and available inspection evidence before dispatch.
Process images below illustrate the workflow. Inspection evidence is confirmed for the selected product and batch.
Pressing, sintering, edge preparation and coating are checked against the selected grade and batch record.
Check dimensions, nose radius and edge preparation against the approved drawing; review deviations by batch.
Confirm PVD or CVD coating, grade, quantity and production schedule for the stated workpiece and cut.
Batch labels identify model, grade and quantity. Request inspection records or a certificate of analysis before order release.

BUYER FAQ
Yes. Send the complete or partial model code, a clear photo or the drawing you already have. If known, add the machining operation, workpiece material, holder or cutter model and required quantity. We will check the tool family, critical dimensions and holder or cutter compatibility before recommending options; a complete technical specification is not required for the first inquiry.
Our range covers common turning insert families such as CNMG, WNMG, CCMT and DNMG; milling insert families such as APMT and RPMT; grooving inserts; threading inserts; and matching tool holders. Send the exact model, grade and quantity you need. We will confirm the specification, current availability and lead time before quotation.
For common standard inserts, a 5–10 piece trial may be available with the product charge waived and freight paid by the buyer. Sample eligibility, minimum order quantity and production terms depend on the confirmed model, grade, quantity and destination. We confirm these terms before dispatch or order acceptance.
The quotation is based on the exact model, substrate grade, coating, chipbreaker, quantity, packaging and delivery requirements. Larger quantities receive lower unit pricing, calculated for the confirmed order quantity. Send the model or application, quantity and destination country, and we will return the suitable option with stock status, unit price, lead time and packing details.
Shipping time depends on the confirmed model, grade, quantity and destination. We check current stock and production capacity for your specification, then provide a dispatch estimate with the quotation before the order is accepted.
Depending on the order, we can provide dimensional inspection records for outside dimensions, thickness, nose radius and edge profile, together with substrate-hardness or coating-thickness information. Products carry batch identification for traceability. Pre-shipment photos, short videos, material or coating documents and a redacted inspection-report sample can be provided when required.
